Tune ye kya ghazab kiya

Dear Friends and Seniors,
I have started sharing poetry of Sir Allama Iqbal starting from today. You can find all the Allama Iqbal's poetry in the section- "Famous Poets and their poetry".

This is the first Qat'a I am sharing and would also like to tell that this is my favourite.

Gaah meri nigaah-e-tez cheer gayi mera dil-e-wajood
Gaah  ulajh  ke  rah  gayi  mere  tawahhumaat  mein
Tune ye kya ghazab  kiya  mujhko bhi faash kar diya
Main  hi  to  ek  raaz  tha  seena-e-kaynaat  mein

* Gaah: Kabhi
* Nigaah-e-tez: tez nazar/drishti
* tawahhumat: bhram/ghalatfahmi
* Faash Karna: Mitaana
