Okay thats fine. But I thought girls were tough enough to compete with guys. You dont ask guys to move to make place for gals for the top spots, rather you need to compete with them to reach to the top.

So the basic message is: "Gals need a chance and they cant make a chance for themselves". Sorry, I am not downplaying gals but I just put ur statement in my words.

Sahi kaha waheed bhai. Take the case of any hands on job. Chalo Mechanical engineering le lete hain. Maine shayad hi dus ladkiyon se zyaada dekha hoga mech engg mein. How sad, and they want to be top CEO's without dirtying their hands on machines etc.

Basic Theme: " Girls cant do tough jobs very conveniently and they hesitate to take up such fields".
