Well I beg to differ here. Its fine woh makeup etc kar lete hain. But basic theme yeh hain ki
" y do they hesitate to take hands on jobs". Chalo yeh bhi maan lete hain ki they are in military, space, navy etc but y is it that we dont c more women working in shop floors, mechanic shops. Dont give me the crap that there are plenty of software jobs for women.

Ladko pe waar isha ji. Main chup nahin reh sakta. Makeup hum karte hain?  ? Chalo yeh mere liye new fact hain. I guess the industry has more money from female beauty products. i dont object to that though. Its fine that women are made to look beautiful but at the same time we expect them to compete with us. Take for example "girls quota system in education". Its killing the guys in the cities. Fine this system helps women in villages but if women are so advanced today do they really need a quota system to back up their education in colleges? ?? |

Okay thats fine. But I thought girls were tough enough to compete with guys. You dont ask guys to move to make place for gals for the top spots, rather you need to compete with them to reach to the top.
So the basic message is: "Gals need a chance and they cant make a chance for themselves". Sorry, I am not downplaying gals but I just put ur statement in my words.  Cool !!! you c making a way to make the chance happen is also a way to get wt you want. u cant downplay gals... gals have nth numbers of ways to get done wt they want. . . they don't fight all the time they can smile and get the work done. just c :D you too have a smile on ya face. can u beat someone who is just so compelling to loose with!!! :wink: |

Hey there,
Nazaakat: Even girls kindoff hurt guys at times but we dont cry like girls do. We take things in our stride and walk through it.
Theme: "Stop crying and get real like boys"
Tosha: Getting work done is wot girls are good at. Give me a break will you :lol: . May be some are but not all of them. Guys are way ahead of girls in terms of managerial skills and creating a good working environment.
Okay so if girls are so good at managing y dont we c more of women managers in Automotive and aerospace industries. Even in the software jobs guys show the way. Take it cool and accept the fact that "Guys rock at top positions and management skills".
