well .. !!dear .. you r trying to sound more factual than frictional ... so here is my answer for you.
1stly .. if females cry it is all because they are real ... they believe in expressing wt they feel .. and proven by science that men are more emotional than women ... you can cry harder then a girl if you were given a chance too ... but you poor boys think you don't have to cry cos it'll hurt ur poor esteem .. !!! :twisted:

Women are comming up ... slowly and gradually ... there is something called society and social mental barriers that keep girls from jumping into just anything.
As a matter of fact females are fast making place in just every field. now you dont want me to start naming field by field where women have achieved hights no man could ever do.
just to state a current example is of ... SONIA GANDHI ... i need not say anything bout her you as a bright and braino boy must understand what i mean.
...
boy you can beat a girl ... and a song by spice girls goes like ... boys and girls look good together .. take it or leave it .. !!
...
and for wt you say women dont have good managerial skills ... dear ... reconsider .. !!! don't women manage your life too :wink:

Good reply.
Take wot u said about managing home.Women are great at that. Its an important job too. I am not denying that aspect of life. They are supreme in that and guys cant match them. But gals cant match guys in top jobs. Yupes, they are cuming up and they are doing good at that. But even in developed countries how often do u hear of women leaders and women managers showing the way to others.

you r talking of developed countries ... the socital aspects are no different here too ... for men women is a women ... !!! be it India, America or the United Kingdom.
but sure you'll find women doing jobs in par with men in developed countries... now lets nt talk bout just the top notch jobs..and get to the basic jobs ... hare women drive public busses more than man... here women drive trains and are Health and safty officers ... fire fighters .. !!!
women can just do everything cook good food, make you a better man as well as be wt it takes a man to be proud of them selves.. i.e, be at par with man in every fiels and aspect of life.
and ... i appriciate your way to argue ... and the best of it is that you r good at it....Thinbs UP for you

Oh ya isha ji hum bade khoob jante hain ki dono ek doosre k bagair reh nahin sakte.
main toh bass mazak karta hu aur aap log hain ki mere arguments ko serious le lete ho. Wotever, okay chalo ab se good points likhta hu main. Waise bhi guys domain se zyaada support nahin mil raha hain. Ek saath sab se nipatna mushkil hain.
