We can have only 14 players in the team and looks like there is no place for Suarav if current 14 keeps playing the way they are.

A Loss in Calcutta should not be only deciding factor while selecting team. Aim and objective should be team for WORLD CUP-07. And for that we need younger players in team who not only can bat/ball/field well but also have enough exposure/experience in international cricket.

I belive team is doing just fine without Dada.

You are right NewYorker ji....mere dil ki baath bol di aapne...........The present team is just doing fine.....If old players stick their places without form, what about youngster who have fresh blood, lot of enthu and in fantastic form???

Sourav has been one of our finest all rounders and a very good captain...Everybody has ups n downs, but d quality of a player doesn't diminish.
Sourav's biggest test since his first cumback(summer of 1996) will, of course, begin 2mrw....

Dada should have made use of the opportunity given to him. anyways I guess he should be given a few more chances and idf he does not do good, then, probably he would probably think seriously abt retirement. Score Saurav, thats wot matters....

Jo bhi ho baat sirf ganguly ki nahin hain. Even Zaheer Khan ko bhaitha kar rakha hain inn logo ne. He is a quality bowler jisse inn namakul logo ne waste kar diya. sharam ki baat hain, bass aur kuch nahin.....
Last mein hum sabh yeh hi chahte hain ki INDIA winner ho...

ofcourse.............theres no doubt about it..............n now our cricket has also been politicized...........its really sad............

Ganguly's achievements cant be sidelined..........both as a player n as skipper...........he has contributed a lot.....for where our team stands today.........agressiveness is also required for boosting talent that is hidden................n thats where Ganguly has done the best.........

I was really shocked that Saurav was not included even after India won the match. Further Dravid is ill and thus Sehwag will be the captain. Chappel himself had said that Saurav was a mentor for the team but still? Huh?

Dada is back and so is Zaheer....Hope their performance speaks from now on.....
So gear up, its the clash against PAKISTAN...The team which is confident after shocking England...Inzi and Shoib must have planned something for Indians...Danish Kaneria is the guy who will be effective too(I hope he is there in their team).....
