I had sent you few message earlier against the complain i received for you. Those were to just make you understand that what are the weak points you are repeating. i agree wid ur point ricky but i think Fakhrenaveed is taking an advantage of this stuff. He's doesn't realise wot he has done...He doesn't actually understand the pount, we all like his freinds, why would we want bad of him,,, but wot could we do know... and i am sure his unable to decide...

This thing is going no where with members strongly supporting both sides.

I have been participating in websites with forum for over three years. I am also moderating one of the web-site related to USA immigration issues. Many times, I have seen situations like. It happens in almost every forum out there that occasionally member does (or post) something and action is needed. I quick and swift action is required after giving 2-3 warnings.

I don’t have any anything against Fak and as a matter of fact he seems very nice. But as I said, I don’t know the whole story. I hope we all can forget what happened and give him/her one last chance and see if s/he acknowledges that with norms of this website.

But that depends upon moderator & administrator ...They know what they are doing.

I think it’s better for Fak & everyone if webmaster (administrator) makes a quick decision and stop this for all, this way or that way. There is no use by dragging this topic.

why all of u want to get rid of him on this site.
instead of u(ricky) wanting him to change , why cant u change urself and think. u all just blame him for anything that happens, his style is different , u all r with him for such a long time but still u dont know how he is.
u should perhaps try to be happy go lucky like him
u too enjoy urself and let others enjoy.
u cant stop him from enjoyment , and perhaps u cant stop anyone.

Hmm.

Now from your above comments, its clearly clear to me that why you are supporting Fakhar. You are real partial and you have just decided to support him, whether its good or bad. So any comment from you is totally crap. I will no more consider your comments. So you are saying to change the Road instead of changing the punctured tyre ?

About new people , we had personally tried to communicate with Fakhar so many times and he is still not changed.

Hello,

As requested, let me come in the thread.
We have given him another chance and we request everyone to Monitor his activities and if find anything objectionable or noticable then please send a PM to any of the Monitor to inform about that.

For time being we have removed his ability to use Avatar and Signature as punishment.
