maine yeh nahi kaha ki govt ko support nahi karna chahiye but infact i strictly believe govt should not only increase 55% seats but even more than that, but support the poor not the caste.
sorry if i hurt your feeling but i have seen not only sc/st/ obc struggling but all those who are poor and underprivellaged.

baki decide hum sab ko karna hai ki hame future mai caste system ko khatam kar ke gharibi khatam karni hai.. ya phir caste ko base bana kar aapas mai larna hai.
