Firing still on at Taj and nariman house.. apparently around 1-2 terrorists at Taj and around 4 terrorists at nariman house(all in one room)

there were rumours of firing at VT and vvarious other places but thats all false dont believe everything u hear.. the only places where firing is on..is at Taj and Nariman..

yes now that i read it, i did sound selfish but i dont regret it! i am right now overwhelmed with rage/fear/anger because even though i didn't want to disclose it, my cousin sister has been missing since wednesday when she had gone to Colaba and Cafe Leopold which was the first site of drama, has been one of her regular hang out places with college friends. Her cellphone died down by wednesday night and since then there has been no contact with her.
i wasn't really in a situation to think and write anything and i don't blame myself for that. Im living far away from mumbai and yet have been living in fear and there has been chaos at home for the past 3 horrible days.
Please pray they find her soon. I hope every one of the Mumbaikars is safe atleast now..

New Delhi, Nov 30 (IANS) Home Minister Shivraj Patil, facing widespread criticism for the terror attacks in Mumbai, Sunday took 'moral responsibility' and submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress spokesperson Jayanti Natarajan said.

'Yes, he (Patil) has taken the moral responsibility and has decided to quit,' Natarajan told reporters.

'(What happened in Mumbai) is horror and the government is taking it very, very seriously. It was an outrageous attack on India's sovereignty. The most important thing is to protect the country and its citizen,' she said.

Home ministry sources said the prime minister was yet to accept Patil's resignation.

Manish Tewari, another Congress spokesperson, also confirmed that Patil had submitted his resignation.

'Patil's resignation is with the prime minister and now he will take a decision,' he said.

'What happened was reprehensible and what was needed to be done has been done to keep the prestige of the nation intact. And the most important thing is to avoid any blame game,' Tiwari added.

Patil reportedly offered to quit at the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting Saturday night following the Mumbai terrorist attack in which 183 people, including 22 foreigners, were killed
