Scientists have discovered a new and tiny species of human that lived in Indonesia at the same time our own ancestors were colonising the world.
The one-metre- (3ft) tall species - dubbed the "Hobbit" - lived on Flores Island until at least 12,000 years ago.

The fact that little people feature in the legends of modern Flores islanders suggests we might have to take tales of Leprechauns and Yeti more seriously

Tiny robots powered by living muscle have been created by scientists at the University of California, Los Angeles.
The devices were formed by "growing" rat cells on microscopic silicon chips, the researchers report in the journal Nature Materials.

Less than a millimetre long, the miniscule robots can move themselves without any external source of power.

The work is a dramatic example of the marriage of biotechnology with the tiny world of nanotechnology.

In nanotechnology, researchers often turn to the natural world for inspiration.

hi......u must heard the song....if only i could turn back time.......by AQUA.....but it`s quite possible to turn back time........according to one of physics theory.......if we move on a plane with a velocity more than that of light......we can reverse the time..........then u can again see the 47 partition or even mahabharat........

english i feel is a subject when ur studying it...when ur speaking obv it becomes a language!
the studying aspect of it...like literature for eg.
my aunt did her phd in english...they had some portion to study...like famous poems...william wordsworth, ogden nash wagera...and besides that they had to study (from different sources) extra questions relating to the writing styles of these poets...and then also read different books to improve the writing style n all...
mera bhi kuch yehi irada hai...to do literature and become a prof.
but pata nahi...u cud consider it as a language i guess...

u know.....light year is a unit to measure distance.....thsi we normally use for very distant objects.......say stars....here light is thrown and the time is noted when it reflects back....and then the distance is measured by farmula........

speed = distance/time

n speed of light we know....3X 10 power 8 m.....so we can calculate distance
