Should Admin,moderators,wecare etc not be chosen from the votes of members

Friends, I think there is a need to understand this that members votes are most important.
We can not overlook the members and just stick anyone at the administration.
I think that Yoindia must have atleast two admin one for general and other for poetry.
Because the problems of members will be understood in a better way as i don't think that our present admin is able to resolve the issues. Admin from the poetry only can understand the issues of poets/poetesses in a better way and hence can resolve in a better way.
Secondly about the monitors and wecare - i think by voting they should also be selected.
This authority of choosing mods can not be given to only some members.

I have been at Yoindia for a long time and i have found some major changes in past few years which are not a good sign for Yoindia:

1. Many old members have been gone.
2. Too many new ids are made but very few stay.
3. Issues are not being solved in an appropriate manner.
4. Mods,wecare don't participate in any conversation.
5. Even the right for the deletion of abusive comments is not being handed to the members.
