hi frens..u can post methods of makin recipes here...so dt w cn tak zyka of big global family...

Todys recipe is  microwave Dhokla
Ingredients:
2cups besan
2cups sour curd
2cups water
1cup suji
1teaspoon eno fruit salt
1/2teaspoon baking powder..
Pinch of salt n sugar..
Mix to make batter..n put in microwave..for 20min approx..at medium high,.check in between..
For tadka..take 2tbspn oil..rai..n kadi patta...put in microwave for 1min..sprinkle over prepared dhokla..set aside for cooling...cut into pieces..njyy wid chutny or sausage..

kk to aj hum banaenge...rabdi kalakand....(its tried and tested)

Ingredients:
2cups paneer
1 cup condensed milk(mikmaid from nestle)
2tbspn full cream milk pwder
Cardamom(ilaichi) powder

Metod:
Add all in microwavable pan..mix...n put in microwave at medium high for 8-10 mints..
Remember dt u hav to stir in between at evy one minute...
Mixture will start swelling after smtim..let it swell 4 5 times...
Now take a greased flat plate...and spread the mixture...
Set it aside for cooling..cut into pieces...
Bhagwaan ko bhog lagayein...n fir khayein....its yummmmmyyy

todays recipe is....Khatti mithi sabji wid kele ki puri...(tried and tested)

Ingredients:
175g imli
1 and 1/2 tbspn ghee(u cn chnge it accdngly)
1 tspn jeera...
Bit of ginger or ginger powder..
2 green chillies(hari mirch)
1 and 1/2  tspn haldi
1/2 tspn kali mirch pwder...
1/2 cup brown sugar(can b chngd accdg to taste)
3 carrots sliced and chopped finely...into thin sticks..
thinly chopped red,green and yellow capsicum(dependng on availability)
1/2 tbspn mango powder(optional)
4 potatoes washed'peeled,cubed and Deep fried...
3 tomatoes
3 tsp salt...

imli ko garam paani mei soak kr k rakhein...
For masala...heat the ghee...put dry masalas mentioned..except amchur..toss it for while..soak hui imle ko channi(strainer) mei chaan le..aur imle ka paani..brown sugar,sliced carrots,capsicum ko daal dein...allow to boil...cover the pan...jab tak vegetables soft na hoo jae...
Then add tomatoes.achi ttarah mila lein...let it cook for smtm..then add fried potatoes...cover the pan...till all vegetables are tender...

Approx tim:40 min.

next is kela puri..

Ingredients:

Atta (accdg to persons to be served)
2 and 1/2 cups aata..
1/2 tspn jeera pwder..
1 tspn haldi
1 tspn salt..
1 tbs ghee..
2 small ripe banana..
2 tspn brown sugar(optional)
Ghee for frying

Mix atta and spices togthr
Mash bananas in bowl...to make smooth paste..
Now mix all ingredients togthr.if more moisture is neede add more bananas...or 2 tbspn water..agar atta chip chipa hai to sukha atta add karien.....atta gunth le..aur thodi der rakh dein..around 15 min...roll and make puri...its much much softer than conventional puris...
