BADLA

Daitay hain jannat,hayat-e-dahar kay badlay
Nasha   ba’andaza  -e-  khomaar   nahain

Silah, jaza, mamlah ojrat mutbadal waghera kay liay bola jata hai. Silah aur jaza main silah ya jaza hassal karnay walay ka koe ta’alaq nahain banta. Es ka enhasar silah dainay walay par hai kah woh amal kay natija main meharban ho kar jo chahay ata kar day. Jab yah teh pa ja’ay ga kah falaan amal kay silah main yah kuch millay ga to faraqein ki commitment ho gi. Taxi walay say kaha ja’ay kah shah alami tak lay jao aur karaya teh na kiya ja’ay, taxi wala kitna bhi talab kar sakta hai. Essi tarah dainay wala kuch bhi day sakta hai. Es ammer par donoon main tazaad/jagra paida ho sakta hai. Kharabi ki rah nikal sakti hai.

Jab kaha jata hai dahar main jeo marro aur yah sab thopa (Imposed) howa hai. Aadam say ghalti/khata hoe aur yah sab kehtay hain, os ki saza dahar main jinay aur marrnay ki surat main milli. Aanay waloon nay ghalti/khata nahain ki , onhain kis jurm ki saza mil rahi hai?

Agar kisi aur kay gurm ki saza mil rahi hai to silah bhi bhugatnay walay ki marzi kay motabaq milna chahiay. Jannat aadam ko billa karam milli. Aadam zadoon ko wohi kuch milna hai to essay silay ka naam kayoon’kar diya ja sakta hai?

Bughtnay walay say pocha ja’ay yah kuch (Jannat) to pehlay hi tumhara haq tha es kay elawa kiya mangtay ho, aadam zada billa gurm jinay aur marnay ki saza pata raha. Bardashat ki janay wali saobatoon kay hisaab say jannat ki aasudgi baqadar zarorat/hajat chain mayassar na kar sakay gi. Lihza dukh ka badla jannat nahain es say kahain ziyada banta hai aur es badlay ka enhasar aadam’zaday ki marzi aur raza par hai.Es main badla dainay walay ka koe kamal nahain ya es hawala say sawal hi nahain othta. Nazam Tabatabae nay es ammar ki taed ki hai:

            “Jis nay khamar ki takleef  bohat othae ho ossay thori se sharaab millay
            to kiya nashah ho ga”
 
Yousaf Saleem Chisti ka kehna hai:
                   
              “Yah moavza (badla) en masaeb  kay moqablay main bohat kam hai.”

Ensani moashray ka asool hai kah kisi ki koe shay kisi dusaray kay hath say zaya ho ja’ay to woh os ko mutbadal (Badla) mohaya karta hai. Mutbadal kay mohaya na karnay kay arsa ka alag say moavaza ada karta hai sath main zaya karnay ka jurmana bhi ada karta hai. Serraf tabadal mohaya karna badla nahain kehla’ay ga.

Hayat-e-dahar aadam zadoon ki ekhtayari nahain hai balkah zabardasti jurm-e-Aadam kay badlay main yah tooq en kay galay main dal diya giya hai. Eak arsa jannat say door rahnay aur bila jurm jannat cheen lainay ka evzana bhi to milna chahiay.

Moashi nazam main ashya kay badlay ashya ka tabadal hota hai. Ashya kay tabadal main yah nahain hota kah eak kilo sonay ki qimat kay barabar taanba day diya ja’ay. Taanba sonay say kam’tar cheez hai ossay sonnay ka tabadal (Badla) nahain kaha ja sakta. Es liay tabadal main taamba kahain ziyada daina paray ga. Karobar ka yahhi taqaza hai.

Nishan badla ki sakhat phir deconstruct karain, eak mafhoom aur bhi baramad ho ga. Dahar ki rangeniaan, moqablay ki suratain, dukh sukh, rang-o-alam tabadalaat, tag-o-doo, tanawo waghera jannat kay moqablay main kahain ziyada hain. Es hawala say Hay-e-dahar, jannat say kahain bhar kar hai. Bharya lay kar ghatya daina enaet aur meherbani kay zumray main nahain aata.

Nishan “Badla” ki sakhat kay aagay (Post) jhanktay hain to es kay kae maeni baramad hotay hain. Badla “taghfal” ki khaesh aur zarorat kay motabaq millay to hi inaet aur meharbani kehla sakay ga aur mumkina raleif diya ja sakay ga. Tafael ki raleif kisi aur shay main pinhaan hai likin ossay raleif main koe aur shay milay jo os ki zarorat kay motabaq nahain hai to wo kayoon’kar kuch ho ga. Goya “badla” tafaeal ki khaesh, hajat, zaroat aur matlooba raleif kay motabaq milna hai. Ghulam Rasool Mahar bhi es nishan ki tashreh main kuch essi qisam ki baat kehtay hain:
           
            “ Tanha bahesht daina zindgi ki masibatoon ka pura badla nahain ho
               sakti. Jannat hamaray khomaar ki talafi na kar sakay gi”

Pas-e-sakhat eak mafhoom yah bhi hai kah badla intaqam kay maenoon main estamal hota hai. Aadam nay hukam adoli ki  ossay zamein par phank diya giya. Aadam ko saza milna hi thi. Aadam zadoon nay to hum’adoli nahain ki. Hukam adoli kay waqt woh thay hi nahain, hotay to shaed aadm ko hukam adoli say rook daitay ya roknay ki koshesh kartay.

Aadam ko hakam nay zamein par phaink kar “Badla’ lay liya. Os ki olad ko billa jurm zamein par rehnay diya. Zamein par say othnay kay baad wohi diya gaya jo eak hukam adool ko diya gaya tha. Aadam kay khamar ki apni surat thi jabkah aadam zadoon kay khamar ki eak dusri surat hai. Oon ka khamaar pashtaway ka shaker nahain. Goya aadam zadoon say aadam say bhar kar badla liya giya:
 
1-   Onhain billa gurm jannat ki baja’ay zamein basi banaya giya
2-   Wohi kuch diya gay jo onhain mayassar aana tha
3-   Oon kay khamaar ka madawa na karkay tushnah rakha giya.
