- Phool -

[Meena is back]

Ek phool tha chota sa, jo ek kone me tha khila,
Apni zindagi ki raha me tha har mausam se mila.

Ayi woh toofani raat jab le gayi usse fiza bohot door,
Gir gaya phool zamee par, ho kar  chur chur.

Uthaya kabhi kisi ladki ne usse baalon me lagane ke liye,
To kabhi koi le gaya apne ghar, apne angan ko sajane ke liye.

Jab bikar gayi uski kushboo aur sukh gaye uske patte,
Phenk diya mali ne usko, aise akhele aur tadapte.

Akhri sans tak ladta raha phool pada zameen pe yuh tanha,
Khuda se pochta raha ke aisa bhi kya kiya tha maine gunah.

Phir ayi ek nayi bahar, rangeeli aur suhani,
Phir ek phool ki hui shuru ek nayi kahani !

Hello Meena -JI,

First of all it's very tauching Poem .. i have read it before in your creation of poetry in sahyri e dard or may b in Misc. and if i am not wrong i had given answer this poem as well. now as you posted dis poem in Review section so here is my views:


The poem tells the story of sorrow which not only the flower has to bear but the idia of author is to show the pain she bears as well as any humanbeing bears. i liked the end very much as author says that the moment of joy has come again but the previous story will continues. The poem also tells the selfishness of human/ need of human. and as far as i am concerned it's very true ....  i mean people make frds or conetions for the sake of thier own gain/ profit/ bnefit.

I really like the thoughts of Author !!!
