COLOUR OF LOVE....

I LOVE HER IN COLOUR OF LOVE
And I loved her in bright orange,
And in violet and in green,
And I loved her in such colors
That her eyes had never seen.
And I loved her without question,
Though the truth was never said,
But she- she only loved in red.

While I tired to find a way,
The sky slowly turned to grey.
All those miles of covered ground,
Seem to have shattered within a gloomy cloud.

And I had faith that the rain
Would wash away this pain.
No matter what my mind knew,
My soul chose to remain blue.
But I had trust that faith would bring hope,
When all it is- is what it was- hopeless.

Her feelings fell victim to her reasons,
She willed life to be tragic seasons.
She walks through the black day,
Attempting to find her own way.
She stands still in love’s loneliness,
As she paints the sun on a canvas.
