Life's not so bad :)

Your smile could make me happy,
Your tears could make me sad.
Your thoughts could make me dream for long,
So the nights weren't so bad.
 
Coloured stones ,shells and pebbles,
They were our cherished treasures.
Talking of forever,late into the night,
Ah! Those days of simple pleasures.
 
But,It's been a long time since then,
Not once from each other have we heard.
Life has moved past those simple days,
And Forever is just another word.
 
Nothing now is left to say,
Nothing more to do.
All I can think of is our innocent love,
And the fact that I still love you !
 
But I'm no longer the person I was before
No tears can make me sad.
Memories remain and nothing more,
Yes,Life could be better, but its not so bad.
