Murder of Faith

That black gloomy cloud is unrest.
It hovers above with thunderous blow,
Dolorous mind sails on its crest
And shivers at the black ‘morrow’.

Not for a flickering second him doubted she,
Complacent and doubtless fell in reverie
“Let the heaven fall down but he can never fail me”
Alas, he killed her faith in disguise, in a bon-homie.

Her sleep has wrangled with dolorous vein,
Hide n seek with self, tears dry leaving stain.
She crosses a road, a car comes to halt;
Driver with long mane, n silver trinket.

Looks a dark plump damsel from side frame, or a boy?
She cranes her head, boy or girl? Poor eyes toy;
B for boy, G for girl, she rakes in late past.
And beams with joy, “B for bad, G for good at last”.
                               
She is good, but what he did is worst.
Forgive him O God, let him invest,
For next life some moral fortune”,
She murmured, “For can’t see my love ruin”.
