zakhm na kuraydeyeh,Haal-e-dil met poucheyeh
Ab wo na raha hay apna bus itna jaan lejeyeh,
shiraret na aur koi soujeyeh, Haal-e-dil met poucheyeh.

Haal-E-Dil unko Sunaana Tha, Sunaya Naa Gaya
Jo Jubaan Par mujhe Laana Tha, Woh Laya na Gaya. [N/M]

Baad Muddat ke yeh Khayaal Aaya Hai,
Dard-E-Dil Unse Chupaana Tha, Chupaaya na Gaya,

Kiase Dabate hai Ghame-E-Judai ko, Mat poucheyeh
Haal-e-dil mat poucheyeh.

First Two Lines are from a song so I Marked it as [N/M] i.e. Not Mine
Rest is mine own

But I know yours was orignal and Really encouraged me to right something related to it.
