kya kahein kya na kahein khud se yeh poochte rahe,
saamne hai chand yaan chehra raat bhar sochte rahe,

aasman mein chand hai tanha aisa lagta tha mujhe ,
dekh ke noor chehre pe uske hum yahi maante rahe .

Jhuki hui nigahon mein unke chahat ka tha ek maikada ,
jaam samjkar uski nazar se raat bhar peete rahe
