Anger Busters!!!!

Here are some other things you can do when you start
to feel angry:
 
 

    * Talk to a friend you can trust
    * Count to 10
    * Get or give a hug
    * Stamp your feet
    * Beat up a pillow because the pillow can't get hurt
    * Draw a picture of your anger
    * Play a video game
    * Run around the outside of the house five times as fast
      as you can
    * Sing along with the stereo
    * Pull weeds in the garden


Think good thoughts (maybe about a fun vacation or
your favorite sport)

Take a bike ride or go in-line skating
 
Never getting angry is impossible.

Instead, remember that how you act when you're angry
can make the situation better or worse.
 

    * Don't let anger control you.

    * Take charge of it!

Other solutions which i have tried are..
*tear up pieces of paper into shreds
*brush the hair on your scalp a few times over
*write down how angry you are in a journal
*ask yourself why you are angry and whether its worth it.

Trust me nothing works when we are really angry, sab kehne ki baatein hain yaar.

Ha ek kam ho sakta hain jo aaajkal logh badi khoobi se karte hain, woh yeh hain ke us waqt gussa pee jao aur baad me meethi churi se samnewale ka gala kat do aur usko pata bhi na chale.

yes i totally agree with you celmira ... having a glass of water and lying down is the fastest way to cool down ....

well Mr Ghayel, this is precisely whats happenning around. When we are angry, we forget everything and the tense mind takes control over us ....
