Once Vivekanada was travelling in a train. This was pre-Independence era. Vivekananda always preffered comfort while travelling. He took a second class ticket and was travelling with a Britisher. That Britisher hated saints. He had a wrong opinion that saints are just useless people, just live on others.

These two people were in a closed compartment.

Vivekananda wanted to take a nap. He just went for it, this Britisher was restless from the time Vivekananda got into the compartment. He took Vivekanada's shoes and threw them off the window. After sometime Vivekanada got up and realized this Britisher messed up with his shoes. He was quite said nothing

Now this Britisher went to sleep, Vivekananda took his coat and threw it off the window. After sometime the Britsher was awake and realized that his coat was missing. He asked Vivekanand where his court was?

Reply from Vivekanada baffled this Britisher.

Vivekanada said, "Your Coat has gone to search my boots"

Vivekananda was very bold and feared for nothing, might be British officer or General. The Britisher never expected Vivekanada to talk so fluent english and be tit for tat.
