yeh  jo  nafs  hai  tera,
zaati dushman hai tera,
baad-e-shaitan ,yeh dushman hai tera.

yehi bhatkata hai,
yehi behkata hai,
iski baato.n mein gar ayega tu to,yeh nuksaan hai tera.

Iski khwahishay hai nayi,
Iski shazishay hai nayi,
Iski hi aarzoo hai tumhe ,yehi to armaan hai tera.

Kyon isko dil mein basaye ho,
Kyun isey dost banaye ho,
Iski pooja kartey ho , yehi to bhagwaan hai tera .

Uski baato.n mein haami bhartey ho,
Uski khushamad kartey ho,
Usi ki khidmat karte ho ,yehi to mehmaan hai tera.


Ya ”RAB”  ‘sahal’ ko  issey  bachaye rakhna,
Isko mera ghulam banaye rakhna,
Yehi to chahta hai tu, yehi to farmaan hai tera.

(Nafs is our inner spirit /evil  inside, it also give you wrong decisions to take ,
It always take you to the wrong path,he stops you from doing good deeds,
And everybody should try  to control him in evry aspects…)
