raat gujar  gayi unkee hee  yaad main,
din gujara   khushi kee  fariyaad main,

yaad aate  hai  woh  beete  din  saare,
waqt thama sa tha pehli mulaakat main,

tujhe pyaar  kee  shidhat  na  maalom,
mehsoos karte ger mere jazbaat main,

kiyon dur Gaye ye samjhe   nahi kabhi,
kashmksh rahi har ek sawaalaat main,

hasti khelti zindagi Yuh fannah ho gyi,
Kai pahlu they uske dil  ke raaz main,
