Groupism


Groupism when follows by every member of the team called as team spirit
and it leads to unity and upgrade the standard of thinking n success.
Groupism occurs often becoz of Ego-clash or when we don't desire
to understand each other.but mainly it happens in every sector
because of the misunderstandings.Any team any company any organisation
succeeds when everyone enjoys everyones success and there is no
place of misunderstandings and hence no groupism.


well never believe in Groupism bcoz


a) you will limit your thinking potential


b) it never provides solution infact produces
    a problem every now n then


c) you may loose very good friends.


d) its a total wastage of time n makes easy situation troublesome.


e} we become scared as we don't believe in equalism.


f) we start proceeding to a wrong direction.


g) the end of it is always bad as it does n't give time even
   for repentence


i) we stop our freedom by stopping ourserlf to be rightly updated.


j) we get occupied by a defence system which can only offence.



when we avoid groupism we breathe every second a fresh air,
we see the same world as a new world and start feeling
God's hand more nearer.
