wo  meri aankhon me doobke dekhte  kya hain
aaina   hai  dil mera  ,  wo  talaashte  kya hain

dil  me jo  bhi baat  thi mere  sab keh   chuka
meri khaamoshi ki  wajah poochhte   kya hain

saans  kya  cheez  hain jaan tak  main  de dun
mujhse  wafaa  ki  nishaani  maangte kya hain

wo hi hain sab kuch mere, unse hi ye jahaan
unke siwaa hum yahaan pehchaante kya hain

kar chuke hum apni mohabbat ka izhaar unse
ab to unke  iqraar ke  siwa  maangte  kya  hain

aye khuda ! haathon me mere haath ho unka
fariyaad  me  unke  siwaa   maangte kya hain.
