Aaj todkar rakh diya hai gharib muqaddar ne,
Wrna shaan ke ghamo ke teer khaate the hum..
Sautaili maa daal gyi phir jhoothe chaawal bartan me,
Ammi ke hathon ki jisme kheer khaate the hum.
