Looking for Kaka Hathrasi Poem

I am looking for the opening lines of a kaka Hathrasi poem, the last few lines of which read:

Toh 60 varsh ke hue Pitaji,
Toh 60 varsh ke hue pitaji,
Aur vyarth hai jeena unka,
Jeebh hamari laplapaa rahi,
Ek laakh ka beema unka,
Toh hey Prabhu maaro aisa ghissa,
Jald khatam ho jaaye kissa,
Jitna dhan milega usmey 10 percent tumhara hissa"
