aaj barish mangi thi,
phulon ki barsaath ho gayi
aaj khushi ko dhoondhne nikle the
saath main haasi bhi mil gayi
roothe hue shabdon ko bus mannane hi lagey the,
saath main gussewali kavitha bhi mann gayi.

ke aaj thoda manga tha
bus thode ki hi zaroorath jo thi.
