BEING A HINDU

Being a Hindu originally was merely a philosophy.
It was only to teach:
How to be a good human being?
Never be afraid of any God or Gods:
Because, God is a protector a father figure.
It was only when the Christians.
And Muslims came to India they started:
Calling it Hiduism giving the color of Ism:
Hindus then borrowed all that goes with Ism:

HINDU SABHAYATAA

Hinustan yaani Bharatvarsha mein
Ek Hindu honaa yeh ek sabhyataa hee thee
Yeh koi mazhab to naa thaa
Iss mein kuchh mutasbpan bhi thaa nahin
Dosto abhi tak to iss pe koi
Aisaa rang charhaa thaa nahin
Yeh to jab yahan Hindustan mein
Chistians aur Muslims aanye lagye
Ke ye naaye naaye rang aanye lagye
Mere dosto Hinduon Ko...
Mutasabpan ke rangon mein sajanye lagye
Jaisye ke Kaanan aur Sakhiyan kheltye theh Holi
Kisee se kisee kee adaavat nahin thee
Har koi pyaar-o-mohabbat se galye miltye theh
Kheltye theh rongon bharee Holi
