Main samajhtaa hoon
Nagmein to kayee hain lekin ek yeh nagmah-e-ulfat
Lagtaa hai phir se samajhnaa hogaa aapko yeh raaz-e-ulfat
Yun to mohabbat kisee bhi prastish se kam hee nahin...
Nibhaanaa bhi koi aasan to nahin yeh prastish-e-ulfat
Aur ho bhi kyun karnee jo hai aapko umr bhar kee yeh tapas
