shaam ka hi woh ek pal bus suhaana raha,
tanhaiio sang yaade, haath mai paimaana raha

log roj ghar badelte rahe yaha sahar mai,
humara pata ab bhi woh maikhana raha

shikayat hai unhe ghar se bahar nikla karo,
bekhabar hai ki ab bhi dushman jamana raha

gaur se dekhene par bhi naakam raha 'akela'
kaanch ke peeche ka woh shaks hamesha anjaana raha.
