Sadiyon se amar prem katha ka gawah Taj mahal
Jise banwakar shahjahan ne Mumtaj ko diya vaada nibhaya
Sacche pyar ka isse bada imtihaan kya hoga?
Bina Mumtaj ke kaise vo jiya Hoga?

Sach to ye hai ki vo Mumtaj ke sath hi mar gaya tha
Aur Mumtaj ki rooh usme samaai thi
aur marne ke bad bhi amar prem katha ki khatir
Taj ki pavitra imarat banvai thi
aisa karke usne Shahjahan ke prem ko itihaas me likhwaya tha
sath me sacchi premika ka kirdaar bhi nibhaya tha

Taj ke as pas Poonam ki chandni raat me
dono aaj bhi sirf sacche premiyo ko dikhte hai
aur unki har tarah se madad bhi karte hai.
