Chhade the jab phaansi, jawaan hua krte the hum..
Dam tod'ti zindgiyon ki zabaan hua krte the hum..
Aazaad hain aaj log, to bhool gye hain lekin,
Kal hindustaniyo ki jaan hum krte the hum..
