The goal of life is also love...and in between life is sustained by love...

First Sutra:
Athato Bhaktim Vyakhyasyamah
meaning...
Now let me explain what bhakti is

It is love which is free from misery,free from attachment ,free from entanglement...and free from all sorts of hooks...

Often love makes you emotionally and physically weak...though love is greatest strength on this planet..without wisdom the same love makes you weak...

ATHATO BHAKTIM VYAKHYA SYAMAHA

IF U ASK STRAIGHT QUESTION ...WHAT IS THAT YOU WANT IN YOUR LIFE?

IT WILL BOIL DOWN TO ONE THING AND THAT IS LOVE....
OUR LIFE CAN NOT MOVE AN INCH WITHOUT LOVE...

YET WE SEE LIFE FULL OF PROBLEMS...
SOMETIMES IT SEEMS IF THERE IS NO LOVE THEN THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS...BECAUSE LOVE BRINGS ENTANGLEMENT....
IF U LOVE URSELF TOO MUCH IT BECOMES EGO
IF U LUV SOMEONE VERY MUCH THEN JEALOUSY COMES BEHIND...

LOVE WHEN FERMENTS BECOMES HATRED
LOVE WHEN IT GETS DISTORTED,BECOMES FEAR...

IT IS LOVE WHICH CAUSE FEAR..
IT IS LOVE FOR PERFECTION WHICH CAUSE ANGER...WHEN THERE IS IMPERFECTION ONE BECOME ANGRY...

EVERY PROBLEM IN THIS WORLD IS BECAUSE OF LOVE...THEREFORE MANY PPL PREFER NOT TO LOVE...THEY SHUT OFF...SOME RUN AWAY FROM SOCIETY...SOME REMAIN LIKE DEAD...
BUT THIS IS NOT LIFE...
THEN NARADA SAYS....THE SEARCH IN LIFE IS FOR A LOVE THAT IS FREE FROM ALL THESE DISTORTIONS AND NEGATIVE EMOTIONS...

LOVE OFTEN SUFFOCATES YOU,BUT YOU CAN NOT LOVE WITHOUT FREEDOM...

HUMAN LIFE IS LIKE SPIDER WHO WEAVES ITS OWN WEB AND GET TRAPPED IN IT...
LIK SPIDER HUMAN WEAVE OWN WORLD OF LOVE AND THEN GET TRAPPED IN OUR OWN LOVE...BUT WE LOVE FREEDOM...AND THATS WHY WE SEE FULL OF PROBLEMS EVEN IN LOVE....

SO SEARCH IS FOR THAT LOVE WHICH IS AWAY FROM IMPERFECTIONS ,OF JEALOUSY,GREED,ANGER....AND ALWAYS REMAIN PURE....

THAT LOVE IS DIVINE LOVE AND KNOWN AS BHAKTI...

BHAKTI MEANS WHICH IS COMMON BETWEEN YOU AND INFINITE SPACE...THE DIVINE...

WE ALL AWARE OF WORLDLY LOVE...SO WE CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT DIVINE LOVE IS?WHAT BHAKTI IS?

Answer is: After you have searched for Love here and there,here and there and you are tired.And also after you have known what love is ,then i can tell you about Divine Love....

Next sutra....

SA TVASMIN PARAM PREMRUPA....

Now Narada enunciate what divine love is.

A person who can not see ,can not be shown light...
A person who can not hear,can not be made to understand what sound is?

You can only make one understand with what one already knows...

Param premrupa is Ultimate Love in him or in that...

Param Premrupa-
Often you hate person with whom you are in love..and you are also afraid of person with whom you are in love..and danger is also triggered very fast...

But Ultimate love is AMRIT SWARUPA CHA

It is non changing,it is immortal...the love that never dies...

It is very easy to fallin love and fall out....of love...

But the Divine love ,here,now we are talking can never change,it is undying and it is unconditional...

However you want to get out of Bhakti you can not...however you want to get rid of it you will never...
These are the characteristics of ultimate love....
And once you are into it...you will have deep urge and deep longing for it.... Usual Smile

tat tu vishaya tyagat santyagat ch..

1. Body needs effforts and mind needs effortlessnes..what does this mean?

Hamari body se jo b kaam hote hain uske liye efforts krne hote hain...
But mind sbse zada 100 prcnt tb kaam krta hai ven it is light..lik flower..it needs effortlessness....

For body we need ' unconscious rest'...what is that?

Isse ham hindi mei Neend khte hain....sleep...if we do not sleep our body will collapse...

For mind we need 'conscious rest'....what does dt mean?

It means withdrawing all our senses from objects...VISHAYA TYAGAT...
hamara mind ghode par sawaar hai jise pata nai hai k jaana kahan hai?...

Deep rest tab hoga jab v consciously withdraw all our senses from objects.... Usual Smile

Next sutra..

'Good company and Bad Comapany'

what do we call as bad company....it is the one to whom you talk..you share your problem....start sayng 'yes the problem is big'....yes its diffcult to handle it'...so do not consider them your friends...because they are increasing your 'distress'....
When you return after meeting such people...your mind vl be more heavy...you will feel more low...and this vl exaggarate your problem many times....

What is 'Good Comapny 'then?

It is the one....which says very lightly'oh its not a big problem...u hav strength to handle it..God has given evry human being his utmost qualities...of love..strength...patience..courage etc...and take you somewhere else...divert your distreesing thoughts....

All these positive wrds will generate positiveness....repeatition of problems never solve them..it is the solution which solve them..

When you return after talking such person....u vl feel lite..ur mind vl be relaxed..and u vl b able to...fight wd whtever problms u r facing wd cheer....yes the 'sutra' says...with 'cheer'.....
