some beautiful words and their meanings

here by v vl be reading some words which have beautiful meaning in spiritual life....

   POOJA

'POO' means Fulness...jo poorna hai...
'JA' means that which is born out of fullness..jo poorna se janma hai...

when v are so full and greatfull whatever we do from that state of mind of existence is POOJA..

Pooja keval ussi samaj mei hoti hai jahan jahan iss universe ki entire existence ki pray ki jaati hai...
Everything is worshipped ,everybody is worshipped...dog,cat,donkey,cow,cars,buses all are woshipped...

In a competitive and stiff society worship is condemend...honouring someone is considered as loosing self esteem...

But in eastern countries...value is different...one who honours gains more prestige...

Western culture mei jiske paas dimaag hai they are worshipped...so worship or pooja starts from head...
Whereas in India pooja starts from feet...yahan charno se pooja ki shuruaat hoti hai...feet have been given utmost importance here...

Pooja also includes honouring each and every part of body...for this body also belong to Divine...

NAMAH....

If we read the word 'mana' meaning 'mind'...in reverse it is 'namah'....

Jab hum temple jaate hain we do 'namah' y?

'Mana' means mind which goes outwards...
And 'namah' means when mind turns inwards...

Jab hm 'namah' ki state mei hote hain its...self introspection....our mind turns inwards and we feel happy and blissed....we hav contentment...

one who is alone,who sits alone can never be lonely....iss state mein pahunchne ke liye...we need introspection...turning mind inwards...we hv to repose in corner deep inside oneself....where there is nthg else..

MANTRA...

Mantra is that which is brought to mind again and again....

If mind think smthg else while chanting mantra...it vll nt be effective....

So mind and mantra should not be separate but same......

Mantra is necessary to drive out worries.....

What is worry?it is something that is not in place...it is neither here nor there....

Mantra has strength.....

Every thought in our mind is equal to 1000 volts of electricity...so with every thought that much energy leaves our system....

When mind becomes quiet then it becomes one with Mantra...Mantra is cure for the mind.....
We may have seen some people who keep on complaining.....that means complaining has become their Mantra.....whatever you repeat in your mind...that becomes your Mantra....


There are two mantras which v hv to leave....which are wrong...

One is we brood on misery again and agin....

Anothr is we keep on calling back anger.....

The essence of Shiva is Mahakaal...
Kalatita means going beyond time.....

One has to drop expectations of time....do not wait around....thinking that ur negative feeling or hurts will fade wid tim....look at yourself as DANCER....one has to become lik Nartak Atma...means vo aatma sada nachti rahe...uss param parmeshwar ko yaad rkh kr....

Do not join negative feelings...keep them aside...n sit quietly....look as if you are part of some play....and playing a role....only a stage is set...we are acting in drama....when you reach such state....it is called shiva swaroop....or kalatita...or mahakala....
