Rabbit & Tortoise -- Awesome
One day, a Tortoise and a rabbit wrote CET exam

Tortoise got 80% and rabbit got 81%.

Both wanted admission in a good engineering college, and the cut off
percentage was 85%.

Rabbit didn't get admission, but tortoise got it ...

How ?
