First of all your question itself is wrong, its surprising being in uganda up dont such a simple thing.
Tha lake victoria lies within an elevated plateau in the western part of Africa Great Rift Valley and is SUBJECT TO TERRITORIAL ADMINISTRATION BY TANZANIA, UGANDA AND KENYA. SO NO WAY ANYONE CAN SAY THAT LAKE VICTORIA BELONGS TO UGANDA AND IT FALLS UNDER SO AND SO STATE. |
