Kaafi sites mea dekha hai wahan par winner voting and polling se announce hote hai aur aisa nahi hai wahan par log ladne bidne lagte hai .. sab kool tareeke se hota hai

aur kuch websites pe dekha hai ki judgements kuch chuninda judges ko lekar hoti hai aur judgement gupt rakha jata hai..

Dono hi surato mein hame Winner tho banana hi padega

aur dono hi surato mein hame wahi manana padge jo result nikla hai...

Polling and voting mea ak nuksaan yea hai ki log apne dear ones ko jyada ehmiyat denge..

So mere hissab se Judments kuch chuninda judges ke saath ho tho hi behtar hoga .. aur jo result hoga woh sabko manana padega..

Aur aisa hi competition hota aaya hai Yoindia Mein pehle bhi..

But I want other's review on the same ...

Competition can be healthy, what about competition for improving talent but not really judging emotions.
What if we give topic and let people to write on them.

Still, nothing is finalized, even I was thinking to raise this question one more but Nysha already brought it into limelight. It is still discussion.

khargosh aur kachuey ki daud me hamesha khargosh hi jeetega. stories me aisa bataya gaya hai ki kachua bhi jeet sakta hai.. well in our case how many are postings the quality posts. u can count on fingers..(the last year).
how this competition is going to help YO that still remains a question.
The point is we are just trying to build the castle in air. we should come with concrete provisions of competion and take the view of the members. nothing should be done to facilitate the few. just saying, daro mat, improvement hoga, has no meaning.
to participate or not will still remain in the hands of members.
the views expressed by viewers is selfexplanatory till now.

Aur Competition se ak josh ak Ullash aayega.. Na ki kisi aur kamjor ya mahan dikane ke liye hoga...

dear nysha ji,

 i think there is a contradiction in school and YOINDIA forum.
  a school is a place where all systems are in organized way and every documentations are made official and is a primemover for children to help them in the way of ones career. but here (YOINDIA) the system is different people come to enjoy only and i am sure every one is settle in his/her life.i tell you one thing... in this platform every person is welcomed and share his feelings. but the same feelings in terms of poems, ghazals etc if he will send to print media , it will be rejected.
madam, i consider my case , i am having library of books at home of famous poets, shayars then i am not requied to wonder over here.
 i enjoy this forum in my style and hope other people also enjoying in similar way.
i completely agree with the statements of KHAWAISH JI and NIKHAAR JI.

dear admin,
             i don't know who are there in the governing body in YOINDIA.

   but as you are saying that people will give view on a topic if given by you then i would request you to make your website an official site and provide monetary benefit to the participants.
  i believe, all the members associated with this site are intellectual,educated and having easy accessibility to 'internet'where you will find each and every thing. in TV seminar is conducted on different issues.
  electronic media and print media both are more active in every field.
 you will reach at what conclusion ???with the topic on a specific issue. secondly, there is no professional job will be assigned like MBA, CIVIL SERVICE POST by this competition or conducting group discussion or seminar.as i said YOINDIA is a fun making platform and let it be as it is..

with due respect, i will try to put my concern pointwise.
1. members have indulged in justification of the issue. only poll option should have been there. well if we have 40000 + members, then is it the correct way to represent the forum. u can see the number of votes so far (9 only).
2. how this will benefit Yo and members?
3. if writing skill/ improvement of members is the concern then why not to adopt other ways. is the competition only solution.
4. i hope, even if consensus arises, participation will be in member's hand, so losing winning is individual's interest.
5. "quote from iAdmin" this is still a discussion that's why we are putting our efforts, this is not a negative approach.
u need not reply. it's a concern of all, not mine. i have already voted.

  i am sorry if its hurt you. you have been always the part of YOINDIA. and so
  far the matter concern about competition.you have started this thread to get the view of the members.is it not.!!!!!
   so people are putting their views and ofcourse you are one of the major influential person so your statements cannot be overlooked. therfore there is no reason to feel bad of it.
