Laloo uncle se nahi .. Govt. nahi kar sakti kuch...

 to Transport a Population of 100 Crore, is not an easy task, secondly the literacy rate in India, even the literates behave like unsocial animals,

 So to improve the quality of services we will have to improve ourselve n our behaviour in public places n with such systems.

Sarkar se shikayat karne ke pehle khud sudhro.

Kyonki India mein Govt is of poeple, by poeple, for poeple... so First Poeple need to be mannered Govt will automatically be.

Sahi kaha..I guess the railways has been dirty even before Laloo was on the hot seat....Even people from good families are seen loitering around..Thats unbearable...

very true said ajay and shayar praaaaaaa today ppl r preferring bussses for long route journey too and railwaysss cha........... can't just think of it dirty ways to be seen in all compartmentttt

but i would say its not just govt. fault its somewat related to the general public tooooo no sense of cleaniness and litreracy makes diffrence ppl travelling through railways r rich and poor both but u see ppl dnt think of cleanniness kuch khaya wahin fenk diya just keeping all dirtyyy

this is just disguisting thoughts prevelled by ppl if the public is good then some of the diffrence is seen in railways
