How Safe are our Citizens in Afghanistan??

Friends, An Indian Engineer named Surya Narayan Was kidnapped few days back at Afghanistan. He was tortured to extreme & later Killed in inhuman manner. My question is that does anyone know that wat our gr8 government did against it rather then paying a peanut amount to the victim's family? Shouldnt they have been more aggresive in their approach like the Americans or the Britishers? Isnt it the goverments duty to treat each and every citizen equally important? Is this country going through a phase where only our normal citizens have got no value left?How safe are our people In Afghanistan?

that so true, even though im not in ur gov, and im not going against it either, but i hate the afghani gov, they call themselves muslims, and then go and kidnapp ppl, and kill them. thats totally not a muslim. stupid hypocrites.......
