"On STRIKE" is it right way to Protest by Professi

hi Friends,

 Heres a poll and a serious question to discuss.

 Is Going "On Strike" right way to protest and Draw attention toward ones demands !

 In my own opinion Going on strike is not a right way to protest.

The Strike by the Junior Doctors, going on in AIIMS in protest of firing Mr.Venugopalan in AIIMS, similar Strike by Doctors protesting for Reservations.

 But those who have taken the oath to save the life of Poeple go on strike and the general public is suffering. Those who are rich can go to private hospitals but for those who cant Pay only the  Govt. Hospitals are the hope and such strikes do no good.

Ajay I dont' think going on Strike is a Right way to protest.... coz; who gets affected overall is public.... The system doesn't change.... The recent strikes by Students & doctors could bring no results.... I think some solid steps need to be taken if we really want a change....

Strikes are really very disturbing..Jo problems ko leker yeh log strike par jaate hain use jyada problem ho jaati hai jab woh strike karte hain...

It is very situational … going on strike.
Say when the workers of a factory need the management to hear to them … how do they drive attention of the seniors and management.

But ya educated and responsible people who have social responsibilities on their shoulders go on strike and make the masses suffer is indeed a shame.

Well tosha, the Factory workers use Strike to gain the attention of Management towards thier demands, but hten even there they r suffering thier families n the nation too.

 Families as for not working the management is not paying them for the strike days.
 
 Nation they are getting the productivity at low levels. I think the better option for them is to work more or have other methods to draw the attention.

Adn on op the Supreme Court of India have given a judgement against Strike The case of State Govt. of Tamil Nadu V/s. The Workers Union.

The Government officials who went on strike were refused to be paid for the strike period and they went to Supreme court asking for the salary of that period. there The H'nble Supreme Court gave justice and that is applicable in all fields.

So by striking in any field be it by Factory workers or Professionals is not justified in thier own and Nation's favor.

Gum... nice thinking.. Strikes are called by those few So called Leaders of Workers who organize such things for thier own benefits. Its more of politics than the benfit of the workers.

 Secondly by Professionals like Docs, its not according to the Oath they took.

our so called democratic country has lots of loop holes in its system.........

as far as strike is concerned.........smtimes it become necessary to ask for what one deserve................coz not at higher bt at v basic level we note a sort of discrimination done by autorities.........

there jcan certain solution for strikers .............they may go 4 it in rounds....not at a time........vch suddenly hampers the concerned system........coz if they do it suddenly then they arent doing any gud for their own society in vch so many ppl related to temselves also get effecte in bad way............

so dolly u do agree that strike is somewhat not right in a sense.. u usggested rotational strike by workers, professionals ...
