yup i agree w/ dildaar bhai and Rajbir......polling shouldnt be done.....caz results r biased.....ppl only vote for the ppl they know.....its even reflected in this recent contest too......and as rajbir,Sanya and SD said only Avtaar and siggi is fine for voting/polling watever

voting for siggi and avtar is fine but not for shayari. there r mnay gud writers who dont come often hers so nobody will vote for them. and the other thing as someone mentioned it before is that pple mostly vote for friends.

Anybody can u vote best among these guys.... every one is best

The concept of Voting is to select best by public view n the application of Voting is not justified for each n every thing. Especially if it  is Art.

And Writing poems, Shayari and Literature is art, as everyone said, writing cant be justified best or worse by voting.  Every writer, Painter, Sculpturist have his own view point in creating his art work we cant justify it by voting. There shold be a panel with ample knowledge of literature, grammer, punctuations and things related to do so.

n the truth is that even those judges cant do the justice its a toughest thing.

So just enjoy the Design work of Words by the fellow poets and appreciate or criticise it (only if u have that much knowledge abt poetry n literature )

 Criticism without knowledge is like murdering the art.

And by allowing Voting and Polling in this feild would be like giving Sword in the hands of a Monkey.

No Voting for Poetry here. for games or fun sake its ok.
