Should YOINDIA publish a book of shayeri.....

The members who are honestly posting there own shayari's here.... I think they too wont' agree with this idea....  Some members(who write excellent) whom I know, have created their own world here.... I wont' be able to explain what I mean.... but I can bet If you ask any of them they too will not support this idea.....  They express their feelings in the form of shayaris and displaying somebody's feeling in public..... I dont' think that's a good idea... Sorry but that's what I think..  

Moreover There are already so many books available in market for shayari.... and publishing such a book will not earn for yoindia a big amount....   I think a single small adv. placed in any corner of the forums can earn many folds the amount that the shayari book will earn....

Well nattu first of all thanx for ur opinion. Par main kuch kehena chahta hu. dekho yahan jo apne shayeri post karte hay kiu karte hay? kiuk they want 2 share there feelings with us....so merey khayal se agar yeh ek bookk baan k nikle to wo log hamesha k liye amar ho jayenge, aur unke pratibha ko ek alag maukam milenge. Nattu dont mind, tumne khud bola k u know some of them, so tumhe unhe samjhana chahiye, issey unhe aur prerna milegi.

Aur jahan tak baat hay book ki bikne ki, yaar do u know how many members r there in yoindia? Sab na kharidey lekin jadatar log issey kharidenge aur yeh hamare liye as well as unke liye ek yaad gaar baane rahenge. Humey jab kabhi bhi yoindia k yaad aaye hum us book se apni yaad taaza kar lenge..

So mujhe to lagta hay yeh ek wonderful idea hay...aur haan sabse bari baat ...hum kisi k shayari forcely to nahi print karwana chahtey hay. Jo jo interested honge khud apne shayari post karengey....

Kya sabhi ki aisehi views hay?? Comeon frnds...plz post here...

Good point nattu...I will take whatever issues and points you raised with partial acceptance...My reply to your disagreement with the idea of publishing a book, is as follows:

1. We can hide the identity of the person if he/she is not willing to publish his/her name..
2. As already mentioned above, we will request Yoindians to submit their stuff if and only if they want to do it themselves..
3. We can ask them to sign an agreement regarding the issue of authenticity of shayari, poems etc.
4. I completely agree with the idea of advertisements. They will certainly get more money than a book.. But, the book can also be used to reach more people to get more advertisements..
5. Greater volume of votes will be a more realistic database of information for us,  for a decision to be taken for printing a book. Open the polling for every1...
6. I completely agree with what Bhambra has said regarding a lifetime momento the book can be if your stuff gets printed...I completely believe that some people write really well and it is definitely worth getting printed and appreicated by larger volume of people....
7. Are the members sleeping or something???.. Just vote and write your views..[/color]

I a good idea to publish the book but all the members should aggree to it no if's and but's.  but copywrite issue to be taken care off and also the sales proceed after adjusting the printing and selling cost could be used as a charity trust and to promote YOINDIA.

But ever anyone one thought that publishing print material requires licence etc .. which is only practical if you are a publishing house.

Just open a thread in all the forums asking if we have any publisher among Yoindia nd whether he/she is interested in such an idea and if this idea is practical from a bussiness point of view....
