can also the nomination and results be informed to all yoindia's member thru email so that this become more and more interesting and also this will make yoindia more frequently visited site. Also the inactive members will also become active thus increasing the inflow of new ideas.

Well if you people can also suggest other awards and also how  it can be serious stuff.. ie .. choosing of nominies, rules for each award, how to make all this effective then it could be a great idea indeed !

I think do not give nominees here..
Nomination should be invited, then we can select ie in Private place which should be kept as finally nominee and whom to reject.

Then can haev poll .. then result..
