Dear frnds, monitiors n iadmin

its always been a pleasure to come here n i feel happy to get associated.
sabhi bahot acha likhte hain n everyone rocks.maine apne vichaar likhe hain
asha hai kisi ko kharaab nahi lagega.



there are certain suggestions from my side to iadmin:




1.  Memorable poems Section
     i think we can have a section in which memorable poems of the site be stored.
     this can be gud
     a) for readers who wants to see only quality posts or poems.
     b) poets potresses can see there guw work there.
     c) new members or poem writers can see the utility and beauty of gud poem


now the question come how to determine the gud poem

as per me it can be done thrugh various ways and when we adapt all ways
we will surely get answer.there are certain points mentioned below:

a). as per the replies.
b). as per the no of times it has been seen
c). as per the choices of members,monitors
d) as per the choice of a neutral(who shud not be a member but is competent too).


ye sab likhne ka aur chahne ka mera bus ek hi maksad hai
the platform on which we are writing is a golden one
and is not easily achievable with such resources and supports.
ki hume pata chale ki kaun vaqai acha likh raha hai
ya humse pehle kaun acha likh chuke and this way we
can appreciate each other works as those poems will
be decided by lots of factors and undoubtedly everyone
appreciate it and that section will attract more
renound n famous poets to the site also.



2. i would also like to say that we can have one more section in which
   the materials from the site will be provided(like hindi urdu meanings),
   also if a member has any question to write a poem he or she can write his
   questions there and experts who are there mainly for this task will sort
   out the query with in some time.But most importantly some topics will be
   raised weekly or alternate days in that section and there everyone can right
   rather more freely.

I like your second idea Kaash Ji....!!

About first, it seems to be a good idea...but requires lots of inputs and seems to be very prone to controversies....To everyone, his or her work is always memorable...but selecting a few will be a tough task.........Number of views or replies does n't make much sense....I have seen many times extremely good poems but with much less views and replies...and that has many reasons.....other options are same as with competitions ... and experience tells me it will be very difficult to work and even more difficult to maintain...!!

It was nice to see your suggestions and your effort.

However, both of your ideas are very good, regarding your 2nd view..

We already have one such initiative but due to lack of co-ordination, it did not work out as we wanted, still it is not done, we can rework on it. ie.

Regarding your first view, as Celmira already said, can be daunting as everyone feels that what they wrote is best, can leave negative impact if one's poem is not selected, however there is already one such topic, we can use it and later on if there are enough posts, we can make separate section or thread to collect all poems there along with explanation about best thing in Poem or reason why POEM is included in that special section.
