I dont think i'hv deleted any of your posts, i can only monitor sms, chit chat, gaming, polling, movies TV & entertainment sections. As per my consideration i would have deleted your posts in sms section, for your kind information i have also deleted some threads as well... and on that circumstances we were ordered to delete any such posts ( without any prior notice ) which we feel is'nt according to the rules and regulation.

I'hv tried my best to answer your Question and i am ready to answer any further question or any court marshal as well.

1.For your kind information I have noticed that you have terrible bad memory. Since you are a monitor you are not a common person.You are a special person (as per Ricky's previous posts.)

2. You have happened to delete some of my posts in Chit chat section nd also had deleted a complete thread of mine in that section..I dont know if you were having personal favors towards Roshni246 or Minu but u also happened to delete some of my posts in gaming..However u turn blind to the dirty language used by such mmbers(Roshni nd urz4evasomdev)....

3. My point here is why didnt u pm me and give me a chance to improve upon it like other genuinely good monitors like Sanya isha nidhi etc etc.

The very first of all i would like to inform you that we hav a personal life too! apart from Yoindia.com! and such Questions.,,so we may forget some time about all this stuffs.

Secondly, according to the rule "Kindly do not go offtopic" we are not bound to inform and then delete any offtopic post. So, i did'nt found it much neccessary to inform you before deleting any offtopic posts whereas sanya, nidhi and isha could have found it so. I'hv never ever deleted any THREAD of yours in chit chat and you can take it for sure. Many more monitors who belongs from Yoindia Wecare Group can also monitor chit chat and all other section as well. They may hav/had deleted your posts. KINDLY CONFIRM.

I had deleted some of the posts of yours and minu as well in Girls Vs Boys since too many harsh words were used in it...and it was done almost 4 months ago, why are you raising this is issue now ?

I've Gone tru the entire situation and have seen various changes over yoindia.
Acc to me we need serious consideration over such matters.

Something that has been done is Done … We respect you SD and so must you respect the monitors.

Your question was about IP adds … and you ended up presenting something personal and about deleting posts. …. Can you relate the two of them.

1. Neways, since you agreed that you deleted my posts y didnt u pm me and tell me to edit it.I could have done that myself too which would have given a chance to improve upon my so called harsh words...

2. Is it a crime to raise a issue after 4 months. I know it hurts but its an issue dude..

3. Oh ya ofcourse you hhave a personal life. No one is barging into that. My posts didnt ask you to ruin your personal life for these stuffs..Jeez, u jump around to quick!!!!

I think people are having few doubts over here.

First of all I would like to clear few things..
1. There is no such boundation to send you PM prior to deleting a message. But we do encourage Monitors to send PM after deleting a POST but again for some special condition. Also we never delete post at first, we always inform the member if he is not aware that he/she is going against rules. But if something is clear fault and its  all done willingly then we have to delete.
2. Most of the time we edit posts if they can be handled this way.
3. Also its impractical for wait for the response of auther if post is something serious or of greater issue.

Lastly, We as Monitors really do care about every member but if still there is some doubt then on the nature of question either ask in forum or send PM to any other senior member / Monitor.

Also I request that stop playing with words and be practical.
