Attention Members: Now GIVE Rau only when it is justified

A while back, a new feature was introduced on Yoindia Shayariadab as "Rau", you can read discussion about it here: Introduction of Rau on Yoindia Shayariadab . It was instantly accepted by members but few didn't like it. They had their own valid reason which were recognized soon after its introduction.

Rau was introduced with good intention to increase interactivity among users. However, people were using it so often that it failed to prove its importance. Hence we have now improved Rau and also have reduced Rau for every one to 0 .

Now, you can give Rau to anyone only once in every 8 hours (earlier you can give Rau to any number of people without any restriction) and to any single or particular member, you will have to wait for 15 hours to give him / her Rau again. (earlier it was 10 hours wait time) .

Simple Explanation

To explain it further, say a member gave Rau to Mr. X, now if he wants to give Rau to any other member, say Mr. Y, he will have to wait for 8 hours. Also, if he wants to give Rau to Mr. X again, then he need to wait for 15 hours.

So what does this implies ?

It simply means that now your Rau is very important, give it to only those who deserves it else you may miss to give it to one who really deserve it.

Rau is a small nifty feature of Yoindia Shayariadab, you can see it beside name of every Yoindia Shayariadab member on topics.

If you like someone's post or poetry or even comment then click [ + ] to give him / her 1 Rau as your expression of thanks and appreciation.

So, one can get Rau if post good work, one can get Rau if you appreciate other or teach him / help him on something at Yoindia Shayariadab and you may get Rau simply because someone liked your presence at Yoindia Shayariadab. However, you can give Rau to one particular member once every few hours.

Firstly i would like to congratulate you for this welcome step. It's good that you have accepted that earlier system had failed to prove it's importance to some extent.
Again this step can be taken as the WILL to improve the RAU system further.
I fully agree with the comments made by Khwaish jee.. All 3 points, GENUINE & VALID. We must make suitable provisions to tackle the flaws suggested.

Resetting of RAU numbers of all members will again raise the question and dishearten them
Sir, I request you to seek the views of senior members/members on the points raised by Khwaish jee to reach the consensus over the issue otherwise we may land into the same situation and might not achieve the results expected.
Why do we want to re-implement the system in hurry which has failed once.
